We have recently completed a purchase on my Dream retirement property with the assistance of Jeff. We had been looking for over a year in two continents and finally found the right place. However the price was too high and the seller (and his broker) didn´t seem to be too motivated. We waited for the market to change and slowly the price dropped. When the time and price were right, we made on offer under Jeff´s guidance and he swiftly and thoroughly managed the process to near completion. We had just a couple of more things to complete before closing on the deal (the seller had already signed the contract), but the sellers rep began dropping balls and became difficult. Jeff took it upon himself to take the other rep "to the woodshed" and the deal was then completed in 12 hours.
We are now the happy owners of our dream retirement plot and have Jeff to thank for it. He did a great job making this happen. He was on top of things all the way. $140.00 a square foot above the boulevard (with credits to boot). A beautiful house with a view of Grizzly Peak, extensive renovation, and maybe I should mention the hot tub. To whom it may concern,
When I first considered changing locations I asked around to get the
name of a good Realtor. Two of the people I trust most both recommended
Jeff. The relationship has proved both pleasant and rewarding. Starting
with the first meeting we hit it off, and were operating on the same
page. The "stagers" he provided came up with a room by room set of
suggested changes to show off my house in it's best light. The
individual changes were small, but the overall effect very pleasing.
The video that Jeff had created was also very well done. During the
holidays when almost no one was looking to buy we were havening one or
two showings a week. In trying to be realistic I had not expected to
sell until Spring. Much to my surprise, we got our first offer in Jan.,
and an offer from the people who eventually purchased in early Feb. By
the middle of February the paperwork had gone to the title company for
final processing.
When it became obvious that the sale had a high probability of going
through to closing, Jeff immediately began Emailing a wide range of
properties for me to buy. All, of course, fitting the parameters of
price, size, and location, we had worked out. Within a week we found a
place and came to terms with the seller. All within my budget goals.
There was a period of several weeks when I swear we were in contact at
least once a day, every day. I don't believe you can find a Realtor who
will work harder for you than Jeff Rodgers. I recommend him
wholeheartedly and without reservation.
